Drop-off / Schedule Service

Our office is located at 105 West Main Street in Fairfield PA. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM until 5 PM. Visit us in person, contact us, or fill out our support request form below to get started.

Prefer a home visit?

Our skilled technicians are available by appointment for on-site services. Contact us for more information.


Estimates & Service

Once your device is checked-in we will provide a free estimate for recommended services within 1 business day. Most services can be completed within 3-5 business days or less.


In need of quick service?

If you’re in a hurry, we offer rush services to get you backup and running quickly for an additional fee.


Pickup & Payment

Once your service is complete we will provide information about the services performed, further recommendations and any applicable educational materials aimed to improve your technology experience.

We request payment and pickup within 30 days of completion. Our preferred payment method is check or cash, we also accept credit/debit cards with a 4% fee for all transactions over $100

About Jester’s Computer Services

For over 25 years our family owned and operated business has provided technology support services for clients with a variety of needs. We specialize in providing technology support services to even the most basic users who are looking for no-pressure support services.

Our History

In 1996 Robert Jester found himself building PC’s and providing support services to friends and family as a hobby.  As word spread and needs increased Robert expanded his hobby and in 1998 he officially opened Jester’s Court Computer Services. As the business expanded over the years Aysë, Robert’s daughter and current owner joined the family business adding an increased focus on customer support and technology education. In 2024 the next generation of family as new Co-Owners, Aysë and Dustin continue the families legacy. Aysë continues to manage the day-to-day operations while provide technology support services with a primary focus on software support , customer relations and one-on-one technology education services. Partner and technically skilled technician Dustin provides hardware research, diagnostics and support services including computer system design and implementation with a focus on reliability and compatibility.

Provide information related to your service request to create a new support ticket. Please follow the directions below to ensure that we receive all necessary information to fulfill your request.

To initiate your support request, please provide your First and Last name, phone number and email. After you click Get Started you will be required to select an issue type – choose the issue type that relates most closely to your request. Next provide a brief Subject for your request followed by a detailed description of your issue. Please include any passwords required to access your device(s) or account(s) included in your support request.
