Are appointments required?

Appointments are recommended but are not required. Click here to schedule an appointment on our Google Calendar or visit our contact us page to reach out to us to schedule an appointment.
What do I need to bring for my computer service?

When you drop off your device we will ask for some basic contact information. If you are bringing a laptop or all-in-one computer we recommend that you bring your power adapter. When you drop off your device we will return accessories, bags or cables not neccessary to complete your service.

If your device is password protected, we will require your devices password or pin number to complete your service. If you are unable to provide your devices password a password reset service may be required before your service can be completed.
Do you repair Cell Phones or Tablets?
Is there a minimum service charge?

Our minimum service fee is a 1/2 hour ($32.50) this applies for both remote support services and in-shop support.

In most cases diagnostics can be completed and a recommendation and estimate can be provided within 1 business day. Under rare circumstances advanced diagnostics (up to 1 hour) may be required to troubleshoot and pinpoint hardware issues.
Do you provide any guarantees?

We guarantee that we will provide you with same respect and technology support that we would expect our friends and family to receive. We prefer to let our reputation speak for itself. Due to the nature of our business we do not claim nor guarantee that we can resolve your issues however, if we aren’t able to resolve your issue we will provide you with recommended next steps or help you get setup with a new hardware or software that can help meet your needs.
Do you provide service to businesses?
What are typical turn around times for repair services?

Most of our services can be completed within 1-2 business days. Standard repair services are guaranteed to be complete within 3-5 days or less*. Rush services are available for an additional rush fee.

*Services that require special order parts can take a week or more to complete depending on part availability and shipping times.

Please note the speed of many of our services depends on the performance and condition of the hardware provided. When it comes to getting it done, or getting it done right now, we choose quality service for our clients. If you are in a hurry to have your service completed, ask us about rush services for an additional fee.
How do you handle data privacy during repairs?

Over the past 26 years our small family business has been trusted with the privacy and data of thousands of users. O We will never share or sell your personal data or information. We always recommend a full system backup regardless of repair services. If you are concerned about data loss we can offer backup solutions and perform a full system backup before any other services are performed. Users with sensitive data or privacy concerns can consider removing personal data before service.
