Some services require your devices to be in their native environment to perform troubleshooting or complete setup. For clients residing within our service area, our friendly technology specialists can come to you! 

On-site Services start at $100

Whether you are replacing a failing part or looking for an upgrade we’ve got you covered! We service and replace parts for all brands of laptops, desktops and all-in-one computers.

Part installation starts at $32.50

If you purchase a new computer or decide to start using a different device you may want to transfer your user data to your current device. You could spend hours ensuring that all of your important data has been copied to your new device or you can take advantage of our data transfer services and save yourself the frustration!

Our data transfer services start at $35

If your computer is running slow, has never had maintenance, is experiencing errors or is suspected of being infected with a virus or malware we may recommend our clean-up service for your Desktop, All-in-One or Laptop.

Our Clean-ups are a flat rate service for $99. During the month of March and September we offer $20 off our regular clean-up price

Many of the services we offer are straight forward flat rate services. For issues that aren’t straight forward or require troubleshooting to determine the root issue we recommend starting with our diagnostic service.

Our diagnostic rate is $65 per hour, often diagnostics can be completed within a 1/2 hour ($32.50 minimum)

Having trouble accessing your computer or online accounts? If you’re frustrated or have exhausted your options, often times we are able to help users regain access to accounts. 

Password resets are $32.50 per account
