If you require one-on-one support, we offer several remote support options to fit your individual needs and your budget!

On-Demand Remote Support


Schedule a one-time remote support session with our expert technicians.

Our on-demand sessions are billed in 30 minute increments with a 1/2 hour minimum.

NEW Quick Connect


Subscribed users can request support service through our easy one-click taskbar connection tool.

Our quick connection tool is $50 a year per device. Subscribers are billed $1 per minute with a 15 minute minimum per remote session

NEW Managed Support


Users with managed support receive priority remote support through our connection tool. Our technicians receive proactive alerts for covered devices allowing for increased support and device monitoring.

Our managed support service is offered in addition to our connection tool and is $25 per month for each covered device. This includes 15 minutes and access to priority remote support service. Additional remote support is billed at $1 per minute.

Start a NEW Support Ticket

Provide information related to your service request to create a new support ticket. Please follow the directions below to ensure that we receive all necessary information to fulfill your request.

To initiate your support request, please provide your First and Last name, phone number and email. After you click Get Started you will be required to select an issue type – choose the issue type that relates most closely to your request. Next provide a brief Subject for your request followed by a detailed description of your issue. Please include any passwords required to access your device(s) or account(s) included in your support request.

Once your support request is complete, visit us in our office for a quicker check-in process or wait for a response from our support team to know what support options are available to you regarding your issue.
